Our History

Dr. Spencer with donors Ronald and Sue Hill at the 2008 dedication of the BERC.Under the umbrella of the School of Engineering, the Instititute of Bioengineering Research (IBER) was dedicated April 25, 2008. The Center was made possible by a generous gift from Ronald E. Hill, B.S. '57, and Sue Hill. Since its creation, IBER has been led by Dr. Paulette Spencer.
